The following terms of use (“Terms of Use”) apply to the website operated by FINGERLIME (Fingerlime), registered partnership number 558490157 (“FINGERLIME” or “we”). Please read the Terms of Use carefully before continuing to browse the site, as they constitute a binding agreement between you and us.
The Terms of Use are written in masculine form for convenience only and refer to both men and women equally. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms of Use.
Accessing, browsing, and/or using the site in any way and for any purpose constitutes your full agreement to the Terms of Use, including all guidelines, conditions, and rules contained therein, in their most updated and current version published on the site. You also confirm that any information provided directly or indirectly through the site will be managed in accordance with FINGERLIME’s Privacy Policy, published on the site and forming an integral part of the Terms of Use. Please also read the Privacy Policy carefully before using the site.
If you are under the age of 18, please read these terms carefully with your parents or another guardian. If you or your parents do not agree to all or part of the site’s Terms of Use, you are not permitted to use this site for any purpose.
If you do not agree to all or part of the Terms of Use, you are not permitted to use the site and are requested not to do so. Violating the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy may result in termination of your ability to use the site, legal proceedings, and/or other legal actions against you by FINGERLIME or any other authorized authority.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify the Terms of Use at any time. You agree to be bound by all such changes. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms of Use. You agree that we may change any part of the site at any time or discontinue services or any part thereof for any reason without notice and without liability. - Use of the Site
Subject to your agreement and compliance with the Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the site for your personal needs. You are not permitted to use the site or our services to build your own database or for any commercial use.
The site is used to purchase Montessori products for children manufactured by FINGERLIME, as per the selection published on the site. In these Terms of Use, this activity is referred to as “placing an order.”
The products available for order through the site are those displayed on the site at the time of placing the order. The product price is as published on the site at the time of placing the order (except for errors in price display as mentioned below in section 5) and includes VAT as required by law. We reserve the right, from time to time and at our sole discretion, to change the range of products offered on the site and their prices without prior notice, including temporarily or permanently discontinuing the sale of a specific product through the site.
Product images on the site are for illustration purposes only. There may be differences between the images displayed on the site and the products actually delivered. - Product Warranty
FINGERLIME provides a 3-year warranty on its solid wood products. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, or repairs made by unauthorized parties. - Privacy
We collect information you provide during site registration and/or when using the site or services, including information that may personally identify you. We may use the information in accordance with the law and as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use. Use of the site also constitutes agreement to the Privacy Policy. We use this information to send promotional materials and offers when prior consent has been given. - Order and Payment Policy
Upon completing an order, the user will receive an email with the details of the order placed, serving as confirmation of our receipt of the order.
Payment can be made using the options displayed on the site.
Delivery time is up to 7–10 business days to all parts of the country, both in Israel and the United States. In exceptional cases, it may extend up to 14 business days.
It is clarified that the prices displayed on the site are updated by computerized means, and naturally, there may be errors in the displayed price, association with a specific promotion, etc. In case of such errors, we will be entitled to cancel the transaction, and you waive any claim in this regard. - Cancellation and Return Policy
You may cancel the purchase transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010 (“the Regulations”). The transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product you purchased, provided the product has not been damaged and has not been used. We will refund the amount paid within 7 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice, all in accordance with and subject to sections 3–5 of the Regulations.
In the cancellation notice, you must provide your name, email, phone number, and ID number. The cancellation notice should be sent by email to: info@fingerlimekids.com - Intellectual Property
The entire site and the information appearing on it, including its content—and without limiting the generality of the above—its design, images, products, product names, designs, models, trade names, trademarks, and any other detail appearing on or inherent in it, are the exclusive property of FINGERLIME and are protected by law. You are not permitted to copy, develop, or use any part of the site without prior written consent.
